Transcription: When putting minnows on a hook you want to make sure to keep the minnow alive as long as possible because a live minnow swimming around on the bottom is going to attract a lot more fish than a dead minnow. What I have here is a live bait rig with a small float located just above the hook. This is designed to keep the minnow up just off the bottom in the fish's strike zone.
